If you’re looking for a fun and easy way to raise money for your non-profit organization while enjoying award-winning burgers, wings, fries and milkshakes with your supporters, Smoke the Burger Joint is eager to partner with you for a fundraising event. 

To be considered for a fundraiser, please follow the guidelines below.
- All fundraiser requests must be submitted via our online request form below.
- Request a fundraiser for your organization any Thursday from 5pm to 9pm.
- Smoke with donate 25% of all sales (excluding gift card sales and sales tax) generated by your organization at the fundraiser.  
- In order to provide you with sufficient time to promote your event, requests must be received 4 weeks prior to the requested fundraiser date.
- We do not hold fundraisers for individuals or groups for personal or corporate profit.
- We are unable to hold fundraisers for companies holding campaigns for other organizations such as United Way, American Cancer Society, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and The American Red Cross because we contribute to these very worthwhile organizations directly.  


Once your event is scheduled, Smoke the Burger Joint will send a confirmation e-mail along with a flyer to promote your fundraiser. Below are some ideas on how to begin spreading the word.

  • Post the flyer on your organization’s website and social media pages
  • Print copies of the flyer and distribute them to your supporters and their friends and families
  • Reach out to group leaders and get them excited and focused on spreading the word
  • Provide frequent reminders
