Smoke has the connections to assist in building out your restaurant. Design, construction, signage, furniture, fixtures, branding components. We are there to assist you along the way.

Support Services
Our Brand Resources Team is committed to assist you in delivering the brand promise to our guests. We work alongside our franchisees to build an exceptional guest experience.

Our franchisee have access to an incredible selection of unique and flavorful menu offerings that are the key to Smoke’s success.

Our franchise program incorporates national food distribution, Aloha POS, the Ctuit Radar management tool, rewards program, mystery shop program, and operational best practices.

Marketing Support 
Each location develops a community based marketing program. We provide supporting materials and tools to equip the franchisee to advertise and market locally.

Our franchisees attend a minimum of four weeks training at one of our training locations and then receive an additional two weeks of on-site training once you open your store. Our franchise support team continues to provide assistance with regular visits to your location.
